Dear Chris, Further to your recent enquiry through Conference Oxford, I am pleased to inform you that we have availability on 19th March to  accommodate you for a meeting. We have recently built a new lecture room which can be divided into smaller rooms. The Old Dining Hall which is a traditional room is also available. The room hire for part of the new lecture room or the Old Dining Hall is £150. The price for a three course lunch is £11.50 + vat per person.

We could also offer accommodation for one of your delegates in college. The price for an ensuite room is £43 + vat per person per night including breakfast.

One person only, in a glass fronted award winning Grade 2* listed1970's building. The building is laid out in staircases of up to four floors with a shared bathroom between two rooms on each floor. Each room has its own wash basin. Housekeeping services all rooms daily and towels are provided. There is also a tea and coffee making tray as well as a refrigerator in the room. There are no lifts in these buildings - access is via stairs to all rooms.

Facilities: Linen and towels provided, Breakfast included, Tea and coffee making facilities, Washbasin in room, Shared bathroom, Internet access point


Accommodating one person, these clean and comfortable study bedrooms have an ensuite wc and shower room. They are located within the Rachel Trickett Building which was completed in 1992. Towels, toiletries and tea/coffee making facilities are provided in all rooms. Rooms are serviced daily by our housekeeping team. Unfortunately internet access is not available in these rooms. Please note check in time is 2pm and check out time is 10am.
