Dear Chris, Further to your recent enquiry through Conference Oxford, I am pleased to inform you that we have availability on 19th March to  accommodate you for a meeting. We have recently built a new lecture room which can be divided into smaller rooms. The Old Dining Hall which is a traditional room is also available. The room hire for part of the new lecture room or the Old Dining Hall is £150. The price for a three course lunch is £11.50 + vat per person.

We could also offer accommodation for one of your delegates in college. The price for an ensuite room is £43 + vat per person per night including breakfast.

St Anne's £69 per night for ensuite
booking is on provisional basis, confirmation at the beginning of march. Declan will pay for his room and reimburse along with his travel expenses.
